We are recruiting hard working and dedicated individuals to become a vital part of our package delivery team.  The “Road Warrior” team member we are looking for must be at least 21 years of age, have at least 5 years driving experience, dependable and physically capable.  Additionally, this superstar must be customer focused, organized and passionate about delivering a great customer experience.  We are looking to fill full and part time positions.  This position offers outstanding pay, benefits and advancement opportunities. Job Description - Delivery Associates

Duties and Responsibilities

​

• Load and organize company provided vehicle each morning.

• Ability to navigate around the city and surrounding areas using company provided GPS system.

• Responsible for the safe operation of company vehicle.

• Ensure that company vehicle is clean and organized at all times.

• Achieve company goal of 100%, on time package delivery.

• Check in with supervisor periodically on delivery progress or obstacles.

• Ability to use scanner to track confirmation of each delivery.

• Maintain all required paperwork within the scope of the position.

• Accurately track time worked using company provided software.

• Check vehicle in at the conclusion of each day and provide feedback to supervisor of any operational deficiencies or issues deemed or may become problematic.

• Be a leader among leaders by always seeking ways of improving the customer experience.

 

Requirements

​

• Minimum of high school diploma, Associate degree or higher preferred.

• Must have valid California driver’s license.

• Minimum 5 years driving experience.

• Must have excellent driving record with no moving violations or infractions.

• Must be a self-starter, ability to work unsupervised and a problem solver.

• Physically capable and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Extremely positive, professional disposition and customer focused is a must.

• Excellent time management skills and must be 100% reliable.

• Candidate must be passionate about customer service.

 

Compensation

​

• Above average wages, highly competitive - $15.00-$17.00..

• Medical benefits available (full time associates).

• 1-2 week vacation package offered along with possible additional PTO days.
